Refund Policy

Our Promise

If you are not happy with anything you buy from Faceless, email [email protected] within 7 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. No forms. No survey. No questions.

This applies even if you have already downloaded the files. A $5 product should not cost you an afternoon of friction to return.

What’s Covered

The 7-day refund covers every digital product we sell, including:

Front-end products ($5 digital downloads, PDFs, CSVs, ZIPs)
Order bumps and upsells ($97 to $197 tier products)
Any future digital product we add to the Faceless store

If we ever sell cohort-based, live, or 1:1 services (we do not today), those would follow a different policy clearly stated at the point of purchase.

How to Request a Refund

Email [email protected] from the address you used to buy.
Include the product name, or the Stripe receipt subject line. That’s enough for us to find the order.
We reply within 1 business day and issue the refund in Stripe the same day.

You do not need to delete the files, write a reason, or send proof of anything.

How Refunds Are Processed

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe. Stripe typically returns the funds to your card or bank within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your issuer. We cannot speed this up on our end (it is a bank-side timing thing, not a Stripe thing).

If 10 business days pass and you do not see the refund, reply to the original email and we will open a Stripe dispute ticket on your behalf.

What Happens After the 7-Day Window

After 7 days, purchases are final. If a specific download link broke, a file is corrupted, or something we promised is missing from what you received, email us anyway. We will fix the file, resend the link, or refund at our discretion, because a broken product is our problem, not yours.

Chargebacks

If you open a chargeback with your bank before contacting us, we may not be able to refund in parallel (the bank locks the transaction). Please email us first. It’s faster for both of us.
