These terms cover your use of faceless.my and any digital product you buy from us. By using the site or buying a product, you agree to what’s below. If you don’t agree, don’t use the site.

Who You’re Dealing With

Faceless is a brand operated by WebMedic Internet Sdn Bhd (201601040346), a Malaysian company. When these terms say “we” or “Faceless,” that’s who you’re talking to.

What We Sell

Digital products for solo creators: PDF guides, CSV spreadsheets, ZIP archives, and similar downloadable files. Delivery is automatic: after you pay through Stripe, a download link is emailed to the address on your receipt, usually within a minute.

If the link does not arrive within 15 minutes, check your spam folder, then email [email protected] and we will resend it.

Your License

When you buy a Faceless product, you get a personal, non-transferable license to use it. That means:

You can use the materials for your own projects, businesses, and content.
You can adapt the templates, scripts, and frameworks to your own voice.
You cannot share, resell, sublicense, or redistribute the files to other people.
You cannot upload the files to a shared drive, course platform, or torrent.
You cannot claim the product as your own work or use it as a lead magnet.

One buyer, one license. If a teammate needs it, they buy their own copy (we keep prices low for exactly this reason).

Payment and Refunds

All payments are processed by Stripe. We never see your full card details.

Results Disclaimer

Faceless products teach creator business strategies, content frameworks, and growth tactics that have worked for us and for other creators. They are educational. They are not a guarantee that you will earn money, grow an audience, or reach any specific outcome.

Your results depend on your niche, your effort, your consistency, and a lot of factors outside our control. We do not guarantee income, views, subscribers, or business success. Any earnings figures, case studies, or examples shown on the site are specific situations and not typical outcomes.

If you are looking for a guaranteed-return investment, a digital product is not it. Do the work.

Acceptable Use

Don’t do any of the following while using faceless.my:

Scrape the site at high volume or attempt to bypass rate limits.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract source code from our worker endpoints.
Use the newsletter or contact forms to send spam, abuse, or automated traffic.
Attempt to break, probe, or exploit our Stripe checkout or email delivery system.

We block abusive IPs and accounts without notice.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms when products, laws, or infrastructure change. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. We prefer to handle disagreements by good-faith email first.
